The Spring Racing Carnival may be over but the social action continues at Eliza Park, a permier Victorian thoroughbred stud.  Enjoy an evening of pure decadence, sparkling wine and gourmet degustation prepared by Melbourne's Andrew Blake amidst the campion stallions' barn.  Wine writer Jeni Port will commentate this black tie event.  Your opportunity to drink some of the finest sparking wines produced in the Macedon Ranges and meet, talk and hear the winemakers stories.  An evening not to be missed.  Part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.
