Any personal details you have supplied on this order form will be used to fulfil this order and to update your details. Your details will remain the property of Gisborne Peak Winery and will be managed in line with the National Privacy Principle. Your details will not be shared with any other party without the customer's expressed permission.

Age Restriction

You must be aged 18 years old to purchase alcohol. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If you are ordering wine as a gift then the recipient must be 18 years old. It is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor Act 1982.
