This garnet red coloured wine is characteristically Pinot Noir.  The  nose intrigues you with its rich cherry aroma and invites you to taste it.  The mouthfeel is smooth and luscious and shows hints of pepper at the back of the palate.  Enjoy with land, duck, pork and a whole range of game dishes.  Has a hint of pepper on the finish.
