There's nothing better with a glass of Gisborne Peak Riesling than a great serve of seafood.  So, they're back!  Half a dozen Tiger Prawns cooked in the cast iron skillet with garlic and served with Sweet Chilli Sauce and toasted bread.  A perfect starter.  Yum!  Everyone loves these with a glass of Riesling.
