Semillon 2010

 Earthy and herbaceous characters, typical of a young cool-climate Semillon. A touch of lemon on the finish. Big apple-like nose, with hints of earthiness. Dry finish, crisp and clean, try with spicy foods.  Will age well for up to 10 years. James Halliday rating 89 / 100, 4 stars.  $22.00

Unwooded Chardonnay 2009

Light and rounded. Enjoy al fresco. This is the ‘today’ taste of Chardonnay clean and fresh. A nose reminiscent of a fresh white peach. Honeysuckle and hints of floral overtones on the finish.  $23.50

Duet 2008 (Chardonnay & Semillon-both unwooded)

This delightful blend of Chardonnay & Semillon is soft on the palate and shows hints of earthiness of the Semillon and peaches from the Chardonnay. Try it with pasta.  $20.00

Riesling 2008

Typical Riesling nose of citrus, lemons & limes, followed by crisp, flinty flavours. Colour will come with age, along with more balance in the finish. Buy now and cellar. Try with shellfish (great with oysters and crays!) and any white fleshed fish.  $20.00

Chardonnay 2007

Ah! A kiss of French Oak! This wine displays all the classic elements of a fine Chardonnay. The nose shows hints of peaches. The palate is stone fruit, ripe citrus and gentle, subtle and integrated oak. An Excellent Wine.  $27.50

Pinot Rose 2008

A serious Rose-style, using the first press juice. Lovely salmon pink colour.  Strawberries and raspberries on the nose with a wonderful refreshing dry finish! This is not a sweet Rose.  Serve chilled. Great as a starter, with cheese and greens or a light game dish of quail or duck.  $24.00

Pinot Noir 2008 'Two Blocks Blend’  

This garnet red coloured wine is characteristically Pinot Noir.  The nose intrigues you with its rich cherry aroma and invites you to taste.  The mouthfeel is smooth and luscious and shows hints of pepper at the back of the palate.  Enjoy with lamb, duck, pork and a whole range of game dishes. $28.50

Sparkling Pinot Noir 2008

Light and delightful with all the Pinot Noir Characteristics of strawberries and cherries. This vintage sparkling is not just a celebration wine, try it with quail, duck and rabbit stew. Wonderful as a pre dinner drink too.  $29.50

Shiraz 2007 – Pyrenees & Grampians Regions

This wine has a vibrant deep ruby colour.  The nose has black cherry, blackberry and spicy plum aromas.  The full bodied palate is tight and well balanced.  The fresh plum and date fruit flavours are interlaced with fine firm tannins.  Perfet with all your meat dishes.  $28.50

Allegro 2008 Semillon Semi-Sweet

There is pronounced tropical fruit, with a hint of passionfruit on the nose. A lovely lengthy finish. A great accompaniment with a cheese and greens platter, honey glazed pork belly or with fresh fruit to end a meal.   $22.00

Sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Noir 2008

Bottle fermentation derived yeasty notes of nuts, bread and a hint of vegemite all balanced beautifully by sweet perfumes of fresh pears and strawberry patch aromatics.  An excellent creamy mousse which unfolds ripe pears with strawberry nuances and a complex note of pistachio nuts.   $29.50
